Jack has been an active artist exhibiting his work in the Adams Co area as well as regionally juried art shows for over 35 years. He is a juried member of the PA guild of Craftsmen since 1978. Jack also teaches and demonstrates for many non-profit organizations. He has been an active member of the Adams county Arts Council since its beginning. He works on all types of clay, but in the past 30 years he has been focusing mainly on reduction fired glazes on porcelains.
